THE QUALITY POLICY
The management of Zhol Serik LLP has implemented a Quality Management System and is obliged to ensure its compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
The purpose of implementation of Quality Management System is the aspiration of the Zhol Serik LLP to meet all the needs of Clients, and organization of works in the company according to the international quality management standards as the Quality Management System defines duties, powers and responsibility of each Department, each employee, allows to improve and optimize business processes.
The strategic objective of Zhol Serik LLP is a continuous development and strengthening of stability of the Company by providing high-quality and competitive services in the area of complex logistic service in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
LLP "Zhol Serik" ensures safe working conditions, guaranteed salaries to all employees, provides staff with real possibilities for professional and career growth.
All employees of the company must be involved in the quality management system and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, prevent and identify inconsistencies with following elimination of its occurrence;
All employees of the company are obliged to use the Quality Management System in their daily work to improve the company's activities and skills.
The management of Zhol Serik LLP is obliged to develop and increase efficiency of Quality Management System of the company, to analyze Quality Policy on continuous suitability and to provide its improvement.
HSSE &OH Policy
The company's policy in the field of occupational health and safety is aimed at systematic improvement of working conditions and improvement of the organization of work on the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases arising from work, in the course of its or associated with it, is implemented in practice through the execution of internal regulations developed in accordance with international norms and rules.
The creation and maintenance of healthy and safe working conditions in the workplace, the introduction of the latest achievements of science and technology, best practices, modern means and methods of prevention of industrial injuries, occupational diseases and accidents – one of the main tasks Of Zhol Serik LLP. Safety requirements are equally applicable to employees of Zhol Serik LLP and to employees of contractors.
To achieve these goals, the company's management takes an obligation to:
- maintain the priority of system management in the field of occupational health and safety;
- to take the whole complex of preventive measures for the exception of possibility of occurrence of accidents and emergency situations;
- require contractors to apply the same standards and norms in the field of occupational health and safety, which are accepted in the Company LLP Zhol Serik;
- revise, adjust and improve this policy as necessary;

THE SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This policy is introduced as mandatory for all managers and specialists (employees) of Zhol Serik LLP.
RESPONSIBILITY
Direct management and responsibility for the labor protection status, as well as control over the implementation of measures to ensure healthy and safe working conditions of employees rests on the Director of Zhol Serik LLP.
The direct organization of work on labor protection, control over the implementation of measures on labor protection is assigned to the engineer on labor protection and safety.
Employees of Zhol Serik LLP are responsible for compliance with all procedures, instructions, guidelines and legislation, which requirements apply to their duties and functions. In order to avoid administrative and legal consequences of their actions, employees who doubt the correctness of such actions are obliged to seek clarification and guidance from the heads of their departments.
COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES
Heads of divisions and subdivisions are considered responsible for ensuring that all objects, equipment, vehicles under their authority are subject to inspections and inspections. Any violations or deviations from the approved instructions, operating methods, and any actions and behaviors marked as non-compliance with the requirements of Occupational Safety must be immediately remedied.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Reporting requirements in compliance with this policy will be determined in accordance with the reporting procedure.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE
Zhol Serik LLP considers environmental protection as an integral part of the production activity and pays close attention to ensuring ecological safety and minimization of negative impact of production on environment.
Purpose:
- Implementation of activities in accordance with the legislative, legal and regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Improvement of the environmental management system;
- Minimization of the environmental aspects that are harmful to the environment;
- Prevention of environmental pollution.
To achieve this goal, the management of LLP "Zhol Serik" undertakes:
Comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on environmental protection; constantly monitor and analyze environmental requirements and respond to their changes in a timely manner;
- To raise awareness of the staff of the organization in the field of environmental protection and to ensure an adequate level of understanding of the importance of environmental aspects; to hold meetings on the environment and environmental protection for employees of the organization;
- Maintain the priority of system management in the field of environmental protection, based on ISO 14001-2015. Constantly improve and increase the effectiveness of the environmental management system;
- With the introduction of new equipment and technologies, the advantage of saving for resource-saving, low-and waste-free, environmentally friendly processes to reduce emissions of harmful substances and waste production and consumption;
- To carry out work to reduce the risk of environmental pollution and possible emergencies;
